Maddesiyle g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nan \u201c\u0130FADE \u00d6ZG\u00dcRL\u00dcKLER\u0130N\u0130N \u0130HLAL\u0130 OLARAK\u201d de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015f ve ANAYASAL HAKLARA AYKIRI BULUNMU\u015eTUR.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buna ra\u011fmen, m\u00fcvekkil ve arkada\u015flar\u0131 aleyhinde bir alg\u0131 olu\u015fturmak, g\u00fcya cezaevini hak ettiklerine halk\u0131 ikna edebilmek i\u00e7in, T\u00fcrk aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bozucu etkileri oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde, sosyal medyada ve bas\u0131nda \u00e7ok fazla yay\u0131n yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, hatta iftiralara varan iddialarda bulunulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0130ftira i\u00e7erikli yay\u0131n yapan medya kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ve sosyal medya kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda sol g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc, kom\u00fcnist, marksist-leninist ideolojiye ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip baz\u0131 gazetecilerin bulunmas\u0131 ise \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcvekkil hayat\u0131n\u0131 milli ve manevi de\u011ferlerin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi i\u00e7in vakfetti\u011fini, eserleri ve t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n temel amac\u0131n\u0131n, t\u00fcm manevi de\u011ferlerimizi sahiplenen, ak\u0131lc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, ayd\u0131n, modern ve dindar bir gen\u00e7li\u011fin yeti\u015fmesi oldu\u011funu vurgulamaktad\u0131r. Buna ra\u011fmen sol d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin felsefi temelini olu\u015fturan ideolojilerde, aile, ahlak, manevi de\u011ferler gibi kavramlar yoktur; bilakis aile, ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken sosyal bir yap\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kom\u00fcnizme g\u00f6re aile, tarihsel ve toplumsal bir yap\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131n\u0131r. Karl Marx ve Friedrich Engels\u2019e g\u00f6re<strong><u> aile, \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyetin korunmas\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131fsal e\u015fitsizliklerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in uydurulmu\u015f bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r;<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>bireylerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesi ve toplumsal e\u015fitli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Materyalist d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye g\u00f6re ailenin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerekti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan baz\u0131 al\u0131nt\u0131lar \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>SSCB\u2019nin ilk kad\u0131n bakanlar\u0131ndan olan <strong>Alexandra Kollontai<\/strong>, devrim sonras\u0131 Sovyetler Birli\u011fi&#8217;nde aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve kad\u0131n-erkek ili\u015fkileri<\/u><u> \u00fczerine \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir: <\/u><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2026 \u0130\u015fte bunun i\u00e7in, <strong>sol feministlerin aile sorunuyla ilgili parolas\u0131 evlilik yasas\u0131nda bir reform de\u011fil, &#8220;serbest birlik&#8221;, &#8220;serbest a\u015fk&#8221; ilkesinin zaferidir,<\/strong> etik olarak XIX. y\u00fczy\u0131lda sosyalistler taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lan bu parola, bug\u00fcn hala en \u00f6zg\u00fcr feministlerin fazlas\u0131yla be\u011fendikleri slogan durumundad\u0131r; hatta bu feministlerin \u00e7o\u011fu, kad\u0131n sorununun merkezine &#8220;serbest a\u015fk&#8221;\u0131 koymaktad\u0131r. <br \/><strong>Kahrolsun, a\u015f\u0131klar aras\u0131ndaki birli\u011fin resmi d\u00fczenlemesi! Kahrolsun t\u00f6renler ve formaliteler!<\/strong> Serbest onama, i\u015fte kad\u0131n\u0131 bunaltan b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin devas\u0131 budur!<\/em> (<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[1]<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><u>ABD\u2019nin Westfield State \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nde siyaset bilimi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde doktor \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi olan Heather Brown<em>, Das Kapital<\/em>\u2019de ve <em>Kom\u00fcnist Manifesto<\/em>\u2019da ailenin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6ylemektedir: <\/u><\/p>\n<p><em>Kapital politik ekonominin ele\u015ftirisine adanm\u0131\u015f olsa da , cinsiyet ve aile hakk\u0131nda \u00f6nemli miktarda materyal vard\u0131r. Marx, bu kitapta Kom\u00fcnist Manifesto&#8217;da <strong><u>ailenin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/u> [Aufhebung] olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feye geri d\u00f6ner ve bunu somutla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r<\/strong>. <\/em>(<a href=\"#_edn2\" name=\"_ednref2\">[2]<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><u>Gelenek isimli kom\u00fcnist bir yay\u0131nda ise zaman zaman \u201cd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u201d olarak niteleyerek evlilik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yumu\u015fatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bir hata oldu\u011fu \u201cModern aile iyile\u015ftirilemez, y\u0131k\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/u><\/p>\n<p><em>Ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm bu hastal\u0131klarla birlikte modern aile, rehabilite edilebilir de de\u011fildir. Ne bu aileyle ne de onu yaratan kapitalizmle hesapla\u015fmak d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir kurtulu\u015f penceresi a\u00e7mak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczen i\u00e7inde bir kurtulu\u015f se\u00e7ene\u011fi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilen kom\u00fcnistler, kad\u0131n, erkek ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n da modern aile i\u00e7inde refaha eremeyece\u011fini s\u00f6yler. <strong><u>T\u0131pk\u0131 kapitalizmin g\u00f6vdesinden \u00e7\u0131kan i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n tek se\u00e7ene\u011finin onu onarmak yerine y\u0131kmak olmas\u0131 gibi; MODERN A\u0130LE DE, YIKILMALIDIR.<\/u><\/strong><\/em>(<a href=\"#_edn3\" name=\"_ednref3\">[3]<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Kom\u00fcnist olarak bilinsin ya da bilinmesin sol d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye yak\u0131n ki\u015filerin aileye, dine, gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklere kar\u015f\u0131 olmas\u0131 ideolojik bir zorunluluktur. <\/u><\/strong><u>Bir akademik tezde materyalist anlay\u0131\u015fta evlilik yap\u0131s\u0131na yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle gerek\u00e7elendirilerek anlat\u0131l\u0131r:<\/u><\/p>\n<p><em>Tarihi materyalizme g\u00f6re, insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fay\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda resmi evlenme diye bir \u015fey olmay\u0131p, aile sonradan ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bir yeniliktir. H\u00fcrriyet duygusunu kay\u0131t alt\u0131na alan bu m\u00fcessese ayn\u0131 zamanda insan mutlulu\u011funu da engellemektedir<\/em><strong><em>. <u>O halde mutlu olabilmek i\u00e7in aile hayat\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rmak icap eder.<\/u><\/em><\/strong> (<a href=\"#_edn4\" name=\"_ednref4\">[4]<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><u>Kom\u00fcnist manifestoda kad\u0131n\u0131n ortakla\u015fa kullan\u0131lacak bir mal olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ifade edilmektedir: <\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong><em>\u201cKom\u00fcnistlerin kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortakla\u015fa kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 getirmelerine gerek yok ki; en eski \u00e7a\u011flardan bu yana var olan bir \u015fey bu\u2026 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;\u2026<em>Asl\u0131nda, burjuva evlili\u011fi, evli kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortakla\u015fa kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir sistemdir; o y\u00fczden,<strong><u>Kom\u00fcnistler olsa olsa, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortakla\u015fa kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ikiy\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fckle gizlenen bir \u015fey olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p A\u00c7IK\u00c7A ME\u015eRULA\u015eTIRMAK ISTEMEKle su\u00e7lanabilirler.<\/u>\u201d <\/strong><\/em>(<a href=\"#_edn5\" name=\"_ednref5\">[5]<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><u>Marx ve Engels kad\u0131n\u0131n ortakla\u015fa kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve serbest cinsellik konular\u0131nda ele\u015ftirildiklerinde ise ele\u015ftirileri do\u011frudan reddetmek yerine bunlar\u0131n burjuvan\u0131n s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczeninde zaten ikiy\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fckle yap\u0131lan\u0131n kom\u00fcnizmde bunun resmile\u015ftirilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylerler:<\/u><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Burjuva evlili\u011fi ger\u00e7ekte kad\u0131nlarda ortakl\u0131kt\u0131r. <strong>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yle kom\u00fcnistler, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ikiy\u00fczl\u00fcce gizlenmi\u015f ortakla\u015fal\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerine a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a resmile\u015ftirilmi\u015f olan\u0131n\u0131 getirmeyi istemekle su\u00e7lanabilirler.<\/strong> Zaten apa\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r ki, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00fcretim tarz\u0131n\u0131n kalkmas\u0131yla birlikte, bundan \u00e7\u0131kan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortakla\u015fal\u0131\u011f\u0131 da, yani resmi ve gayri resmi fuhu\u015f da kalkacakt\u0131r.&#8221; <\/em>(<a href=\"#_edn6\" name=\"_ednref6\">[6]<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><u>Marksizmin kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00fczende ne devlete, ne dine ne de aile ve akrabal\u0131k ba\u011flar\u0131na yer vard\u0131r. T\u00fcm d\u00fczen \u00fcretim ve payla\u015f\u0131m esas\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenmektedir. Akademik bir yay\u0131nda Marksist d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyete, aileye ve devlete yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131l\u0131r:<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Marks\u2019\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131f teorisinde toplumsal e\u015fitsizli\u011fe neden oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyet, aile ve devlet, proletarya s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fi devrimle yok olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/em><\/strong> (<a href=\"#_edn7\" name=\"_ednref7\">[7]<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><u>Marksist-Leninist PKK ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn lideri Abdullah \u00d6calan ise,<\/u><u>\u0130mral\u0131 Mahkemesi&#8217;ne verdi\u011fi 81 sayfal\u0131k savunmas\u0131nda aile kurumuna bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle anlatmaktad\u0131r:<\/u><\/p>\n<p><em>Tepkim, feodal <strong>aile ba\u011flar\u0131nayd\u0131<\/strong>. Bu \u00f6n\u00fcnde sivriltilen, A\u011fr\u0131 Da\u011f\u0131 gibi y\u00fckseltilmek istenen bir engeldir.<\/strong> (s. 50)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>D\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, aile cenderesinde s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ihtilalciye d\u00f6nu\u0308\u015ft\u00fcrmenin hesab\u0131yla u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yoruz.
